Tuition is due on the 1st and by the 5th of the month.
A late fee of $10 will be applied after the 5th. A late fee of $20 will be applied after the 10th

Please drop off between 9:00-9:15 to give your child the most of free play time. Please send a text if you will be late.
Please be prompt at 1:00pm for pick up, and send a text if you are running late. Late fees after 1:15pm will be assessed.

This schedule is approximate and is flexible based on the daily needs of the group. Indoor play may be shortened, outdoor time may be lengthened or shortened due to weather or energy level of the class. Circle may be long and drawn out if we have something important to discuss or a play to act out, and we may skip it all together if the rare sun comes out on a winter day...Flexible is the name of the game, and while children love routine and a predictable schedule, they also love being able to live in the moment and so what we decide as a group is the most important thing for that moment, day by day.

Lotus Heart will observe October Teacher inservice day, Veteran's Day and Thanksgiving holiday (Wed-Fri) in November, Winter Break in December, Martin Luther King Day in January, President's Day in February, Spring Break in March, and Memorial Day in May. Breaks will follow the PPS school schedule. Please see the PPS school calendar at www.pps.net for specific dates year to year.
The start date for the 2024 school year is Tuesday September 3rd.
The last day will be the end of May or beginning of June and will be determined later in the year and posted when date becomes available.

Please send a lunch box of healthy growing foods and a water bottle each day. Please leave desserts, sugary foods, and juice at home. We will eat in the middle of our school day.

Please send your child in play clothes that can get messy and keep a full change of clothes in their cubby at all times. Send warm layers and rain gear each day as well. Once the autumn rains begin the park and garden will stay wet and muddy, so we will wear rain gear and boots most every day regardless of the weather. Please keep at school or bring daily.
